We do not charge you any fees for purchasing a home, we will work tirelessly to get you the best deal when we find you the right home.
How much are closing costs?
Closing costs can vary and are a percentage of the sales price of a home. We negotiate closing costs when we put an offer in on a home. We will work diligently to save you as much money as possible.
How will I know if the house I am purchasing needs repairs?
A home inspection will be performed on the property providing us with a detailed report of the homes state. We will use this report to negotiate any items listed that may need repair.
